The nomination process for the 2024 ceremony is closed.

December 31, 2025 is the deadline for someone to be nominated for a possible 2026 induction ceremony.

All applications received MUST INCLUDE supporting material evidencing your nominee’s accomplishments. This may be in the form of newspaper clippings, photos of awards, etc. Please be sure to attach your files with your application or mail directly to the address listed.

Posthumous Awards are eligible for Nominations.
